These general terms and conditions apply to the use of wondeck online store in the territory of the European Union.


The services of the Wodeck Internet Store (purchase with a delivery service via wondeck Internet store, purchase with pick-up service at the "PickUp" branch office via wondeck Internet store) are available on the website of the www.wondeck.com, hereinafter referred to as wondeck Internet store. The site, as well as the above services, can be used by users for private and business use without any fees for use, and according to the terms and conditions below. By using the Wondeck Internet Store, the user agrees and agrees to comply with the terms and conditions below. Although Wondeck strives to provide the best possible service offering, Wondeck cannot guarantee that the services on the Wondeck Internet Store will suit the needs of each user.

Prices are expressed in kuna (HRK) and vat is included in them. Prices can be updated several times a day and can happen.  Wondeck reserves the right, without prior notice, at any time to determine discounts, daily or weekly promotions, actions for a particular product, product group and/or for all products, as well as for a specific payment method. These benefits may be exclusive to web purchases, which will be indicated to the buyer before the purchase.

All ordered goods will be delivered at prices that were valid when making the offer. Exceptionally in situations where there has been a price error Wondeck may refuse to deliver such an order. The price for each product is determined individually. The process of entering the price on the page for each product is subject to control, but regardless of this there is a possibility of error because it is a human factor, and by the nature of things it can not be an automatic entry.

The price for the same product may vary according to the type of payment. In this case, each individual page of the product lists all valid prices in relation to the different types of payments.

Wondeck tries to be as precise as possible in the description of the product, but still cannot guarantee that the description, image and technical data of the product are completely accurate.

Terms of purchase and delivery

The terms of purchase and sale of products through wondeck Internet store are defined through the following steps: registration, order, payment, delivery, complaint / return of goods.


In order for the user to register on the Wondeck Internet Store, he must be of legal age, or if he is a minor, he must register with the consent and consent of the legal guardian. The user is responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the entered data when registering. Ordering products

Products are ordered by clicking on the "Add to cart" button. Products are considered to be ordered when the customer completes the entire checkout process. Upon receipt of the order, Wondeck sends a notification to the user about its receipt to the e-mail address with which the user registered.

If the user does not receive such a notification, they should register with the Wondeck Internet store, check whether the products they ordered are in the shopping cart and repeat the Checkout process.

Wondeck is committed to supplying all available products. If some (or all) wondeck products are unable to deliver, they will contact the user by phone and/or e-mail to arrange the delivery of replacement products or the cancellation of the order. Orders created on the Wondeck Internet Store are not binding.

Shipping/delivery of products

Users can order products online on the web shop or by phone on tel.: 099 212 6787.  Wondeck delivers products throughout Croatia, including the islands. Delivery is carried out on weekdays, exceptionally only for some places and On Saturdays with a surcharge by the customer, which amount is the Web shop administrator telephone agreement with the customer. The delivery service of products ordered through the Wondeck Online Store is carried out by the courier service GLS, or sometimes Wondeck's own delivery vehicles. For all orders delivered through GLS, GLS sends an SMS message with the shipment number. Delivery is possible the same or the next day from the day of order (only for the city of Zagreb and its surroundings), and usually within one to three working days from the date of order confirmation. The shipping amount is different for different products, and can be seen in the detailed description of the product. If there are more products in the order, only the most expensive delivery amount is charged for one product from the basket (valid only for deliveries in Croatia). Delivery is automatically included in the price when placing an order and is highlighted on the offer. Wondeck also delivers products to all other EU member states. For other EU member states, the delivery cost is calculated later after the order has been created.

Take an order

Ordered products are packaged in such a way that the usual manipulation in transport cannot damage them. When taking over the product, the user is obliged to check for possible damage and immediately report them to the courier who delivered them, or refuse to take over the shipment on which external damage is visible. The products are insured against loss and damage in delivery. The user is obliged to sign the delivery note when picking up the product and the courier takes it as a receipt of takeover. If the user, after the consignment has been sent, does not receive the consignment or delivery notification within the expected time, it is desirable that he inform the trader in order to undertake the search for the shipment, or to send a replacement shipment. If, within 48 hours after taking over the ordered products, the user does not send a written comment on the delivered products, it is considered that the shipment has been properly delivered. In case of delay due to force majeure (lost products, damaged products in delivery in the distribution center of partners – returned by Wondeck Internet store without delivery to the customer, etc.) Wondeck assumes no responsibility for the "first risk" and undertakes to send replacement products to the user as soon as possible. Wondeck reserves the right not to deliver the order if there is a suspicion of abuse.

Replacements, complaints and product returns and complaints

Return of goods is possible within 14 days from the date of purchase through wondeck Internet shop without giving a reason, in accordance with Article 72 gdpr. Consumer Protection Act.

In the case of return of goods, it is noted that in accordance with Article 77, paragraph 5 – of the Consumer Protection Act, the consumer is responsible for any impairment of the goods resulting from the handling of the goods, except for those that were necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and functionality of the goods.

In the form of the Information Form on the right to unilateral termination of the purchase agreement (users can find it here), the rights and obligations of the consumer, as well as the obligations and rights of the trader in case of exercising the user's right to unilaterally terminate the purchase agreement, are listed.

Notice on how to submit a written complaint to the consumer

In accordance with Article 10. Paragraph.3 of the Consumer Protection Act informs consumers that they can submit an objection to a purchased product or service provided in writing:

Kaj tribaš d.o.o. undertakes to respond to the complaint in writing no later than 15 days from the date of receipt of the complaint.

The consumer should submit the information for the delivery of the answer with the complaint: name, surname, address or e-mail

Payment refund

In case of inability to deliver ordered products, or delivery of identical replacement products, the user will be offered products of the same, or similar, characteristics and price. If the buyer does not accept such an offer Kaj tribaš d.o.o. undertakes to make a refund as soon as possible, and no later than 14 days from the day when the notice of termination of the purchase agreement was received, to the account of the user from whom the funds were paid.

Intellectual property

The content of the Wondeck Internet store is protected. Wondeck exercises a unique right to use the content in question. For any commercial use of the content on the Wondeck Internet Store website, you must contact Wondeck beforehand and obtain written permission.

Availability of Wodeck.com Internet store

Access to the Wondeck Internet Store website (https://www.wondeck.com) may sometimes be difficult due to works, maintenance or introduction of new content and in cases of unforeseen circumstances that we will try to eliminate as soon as possible.

Payment method

Payment methods for orders of goods through the web shop:

Payment upon delivery in cash – in addition to delivery, a fee for payment upon delivery of 5 kn is paid.
Diners, Mastercard, Maestro, Visa cards of all banks.
Payment by offer – internet banking, payment slip in a bank or bank transfer.

Payment per offer

If the user wants to make a purchase by paying per offer, he can create an order through the web shop and choose the payment option – payment slip / bank transfer.

After the user selects the products he wants to order and confirms the order, he will return to the e-mail address and receive an offer with the exact amount for payment. The order will be checked by the web shop administrator and contact the user. If the ordered products are available, the administrator reserves them until the payment records. The goods are sent after the payment is visible on the Wondeck account (checked and processed by the web shop administrator).

Payment upon delivery:

Wondeck offers a payment upon delivery service for the entire Territory of Croatia, except for certain areas where the GLS delivery service is not available.

For places outside Zagreb and the surrounding area, the method of payment in the case of payment of goods upon delivery is exclusively cash. In the case of payment upon delivery option, GLS charges an additional fee for the payment of goods upon delivery in the amount of HRK 5 with VAT included.


The headquarters of Kaj Tribaš d.o.o. is in Zagreb, Republic of Croatia. Legal disputes that may arise, as a result of the use of this Website (unless otherwise stated by a special agreement) are within the jurisdiction of the court in Zagreb, and are resolved in accordance with the positive regulations of the Republic of Croatia. By using this Website, the End User agrees that any dispute or claim arising out of or relating to these General Terms and Conditions or in connection with their implementation, and business relations with Kaj Tribaš d.o.o., is within the jurisdiction of the Court in Zagreb.
